Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
• Gift sets with broken seals
• Items marked final sale

How to return

Email us with your order number to receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
